Yes. Rental pricing is flat-rate and disclosed before you book — what you see is what you pay, delivered to your dock and picked up when you're done. For service work — winterization, detailing, storage — every job comes with itemized billing. You approve the scope before we start. No surprises. Ever.
You give us your dock address and preferred time. We deliver the boat, walk you through the controls, safety equipment, and anything specific to that boat. You take it from there. When your rental period ends, we come back and pick it up. You never have to trailer, launch, or dock anything yourself.
Both — and that's intentional. Matt oversees every job. For deliveries and larger service work, his trained crew is on the water or on-site with him. For detailing and specialty requests, Matt is typically hands-on directly. Either way, one number reaches him personally: (231) 645-6522.
